ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: ".........to issue writ, order, direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of the 1st respondent in taking action against the 2nd respondent for not issuing no objection certificate even though the orders passed dated 17.05.2012 and 2.07.2012 as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent for not issuing 'no objection certificate' to the petitioners and pass such other order or orders......" At the hearing, Mr.K.V.Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the State Bank of Hyderabad, Ongole, which is impleaded as respondent No.3, has sanctioned loan to the

petitioners thereby obviating the necessity of obtaining 'no objection' certificate from respondent No.2. He has further submitted that in view of these subsequent events, his clients have requested him to withdraw the writ petition. In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
