THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18323 of 2016 ORDER :

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in rejecting the layout regularization application submitted by the petitioner in respect of Plot No.60, admeasuring 266.7 square yards in Survey No.44/2 of Madhav Nagar, Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the ground of pendency of land grabbing case, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Parabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

3. Relying upon the order dated 13.11.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 36791 of 2015, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the authorities to consider the layout regularization application submitted by the petitioner in respect of Plot No.60, admeasuring 266.7 square yards in Survey No.44/2 of Madhav Nagar, Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for G.H.M.C. states that the application made by the petitioner for regularization of

layout in the plot in question is pending consideration.

5. Therefore, having regard to the submissions made, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the layout regularization application submitted by the petitioner in respect of Plot No.60, admeasuring 266.7 square yards in Survey No.44/2 of Madhav Nagar, Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
