Admittedly, in the present case, the petitioner herein did not approach the respondent-Municipal Corporation for redressal of his grievance, if any. Without exhausting the said remedy, the petitioner herein directly approached this Court. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, at present. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to submit an appropriate representation before the respondent-Municipal Corporation for redressal of his grievance. If any such representation is made, the same will be verified by the respondent-Municipal Corporation and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
