THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26960 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a letter to the 3rd respondent to record the change in the body of the petitionerSociety on 04-10-2016 and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider the said request dt.04-10-2016 of the petitioner and communicate his decision to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider application of petitioner dt.04-10-2016 within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
