Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for G.H.M.C. There is no necessity to put the unofficial respondents on notice as this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the issue on merits.

The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "It is prayed to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the representations/objections of the petitioners dated 07.05.2016, 09.05.2016 and 19.05.2016 and in not rejecting the application of respondent Nos.5 and 6 for building permission in file No.54444/8/12/2-15 and E File No.61877 in respect of the property admeasuring Ac.0.18 gts., or 2274 square yards in Sy.No.90/1, Gachibowli, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of GHMC Act, 1955, apart from violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India; and consequently to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to reject the application of respondent Nos.5 and 6 for building permission in respect of the said property."

Learned Standing Counsel for G.H.M.C. submits that if any illegal constructions are made in the land admeasuring Ac.0.18 gts., or 2274 square yards in Sy.No.90/1, Gachibowli, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the authorities will

take appropriation action in accordance with law. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the representations/ objections of the petitioners dated 07.05.2016, 09.05.2016 and 19.05.2016 will be considered in accordance with law, if the same are pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for G.H.M.C., the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representations/objections dated 07.05.2016, 09.05.2016 and 19.05.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and all the persons concerned including the aggrieved persons, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same are still pending consideration. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
