HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3719 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.08.04.2013 in I.A.No.438 of 2013 in O.S.No.30 of 2006 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kandukur dismissing the application filed under Order 26, Rule 1 r/ w Section 151 CPC declining to appoint advocate commissioner to record evidence of Dr.V.L. Narasimha Charyulu, MBBS, Janatha Nursing Home, Kavali and file his report. But, the trial Court dismissed the petition.

During the pendency of this petition, as there was no stay, O.S.No. 30 of 2006 was disposed of by the trial Court on 31.03.2016. As the O.S. itself was disposed of on 31.03.2016, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
