THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.1350 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition, in our view, shall not be entertained by this Court in view of the order dated 7.8.2013 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Hyderabad, pursuant to the Commissioner's order.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order recorded above was not communicated to his client. According to him, for the first time, a copy of this order is produced before this Court.

Hence, we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law against the aforesaid order dated 7.8.2013, if so advised.
