HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.6999 OF 2018 ORDER:- 1.

Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.79 of 2018 of Vemulapally Police Station, Nalgonda District, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that charge sheet is filed and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
