ORDER:
The petitioners, who are the Child Development Project Officers of the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) of Kadapa, Kamalapuram, Pulivendula, Siddhout and Rajampet, respectively, filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by non-consideration of their representation, dated 23.6.2015, by respondent No.2 against respondent No.3, who is the Project Director of the District Women and Child Development Agency, Kadapa.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare (Andhra Pradesh), submitted that he has not received instructions so far.
However, considering the innocuous nature of the grievance of the petitioners, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, if any, received by him and initiate appropriate action in the event, he is satisfied that the representation made by the petitioners against respondent No.3 bears truth. Respondent No.2 shall communicate his decision to the petitioners within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This order, however, shall not be understood as this Court having expressed any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioners against respondent No.3. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
