ORDER:- Heard.

2. It is stated that against the request of the fourth respondent for mutation of land with regard to Ac.1-38 gutnas in survey Nos.20 and 21 at Kothakonda Village, Bheemadevarapally Mandal, Karimnagar District, petitioners have already filed objections and legal notices. Present writ petition is filed only on the ground that the fourth respondent is not considering the objections and the legal notices of the petitioners.

3. Since the petitioners claim to have interest in the said land and have already filed objections and issued legal notices, it is appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the same in accordance with law and then pass appropriate orders.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
