HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.15026 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) After hearing the Writ Petition, We find no illegality or perversity in the order dated 29.12.2016 passed in O.A.No.4245 of by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, We grant liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal, under Rule 26(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, before respondent No.3 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing such an appeal, respondent No.3 shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks therefrom. The decision shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter. Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
