Heard Mr Koushik Kanduri, learned counsel for the petitioner, Learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Mr R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos. 2to5.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking the prayer as follows:

"To issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondents to accept application of the petitioner and to provide electrical service connection/meter to the Petitioner in respect of Petitioner non- agricultural piece of land bearing Plot No.56 admeasuring 450 Sq Yds equivalent to 376 Sq Mts forming part of Sy No.1007 situated at Kukatpally Revenue Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy ) District. "

3. It is represented by both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL

appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 20.10.2020 passed in W.P.No'1856L ot 2020, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 20'10'2020 passed in W'P'No'18561 of 2020.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application afresh for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' On such application being filed, the respondents shall receive and process the same and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter' Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
