THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2435 of 2011 ORDER:

When the matter is called it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that principal amount as mentioned in the writ petition has already been paid but no interest has been paid to the petitioner herein as per the statute and the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the respondents for the same.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make necessary application claiming interest within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is made same be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents, in accordance with law, within a period of three

(3) months thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
