302, dated 30-12-1993 on the strength of the proposals made by the principal by his letter dated 24-07-2013 and 10-2-2014 with all consequential benefits and consequently hold the action of the respondents while considering other similarly placed persons appointment by transfer to the post of Jr. Lecturer (Civics) in terms of G.O.M.S.No.302 dated 30-12-1993 and denying the same to the applicant although he is legitimately qualified and entitled is illegal, arbitrary, and discriminatory and violation of Articles 14, '16 of the Constitution of lndia.
