The relief claimed in this writ petition is mainly against respondent No.1. The second respondent is only formal & official party and the writ petition was already dismissed against R1 on 0610-2010 for non-compliance of order dated 18-08-2010. 2.

As the writ petition is dismissed against the main party, no cause survives in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
