HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.21184 of 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the impugned letters bearing No.DB/ D1/ 2009-10/ , dated 19.09.2009 and 22.09.2009 issued by the respondent directing the petitioners to dismantle their respective buildings situated at Nereducherla Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, under the 'road widening programme', as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, set aside the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Government Pleader for Roads & buildings that they are not intending to widen the road at present and if they intend to widen the road, they will follow due procedure.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of while setting aside the impugned letters. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J August 21, 2017 KTL
