I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed before this Court praying to relax condition No.i in para No.6 of order dated 20.09.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.10832 of 2024, pertaining to Crime No.147 of 2024 (SC NDPS No.15 of 2025 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, by reducing surety amount from Rs.20,000/- with two sureties to Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Having regard to rival submissions made, the condition No.i of para No.6 of order dated 20.09.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.10832 of 2024 is relaxed by reducing the amount of petitioner/accused No.2 from Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each, to Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
