ORDER
The present criminal revision case is directed against the judgment dated 18.09.2015 passed in C.C.No.296 of 2011 by the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tuni, East Godavari District, wherein and whereby the petitioner/accused was convicted for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months and also directed to pay the compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- to the complainant.
2. As against the judgment passed by the trial Court in the above C.C., the petitioner has to prefer an appeal and the Criminal Revision Case is not maintainable. However, the petitioner/accused is directed to prefer an appeal against the said judgment before the appropriate Court.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Registry is directed to return the original documents, if any, filed by the petitioner along with this revision so as to enable him to file an appeal before the appropriate Court.
