HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.12669 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he has filed this Writ Petition seeking full wages for the period of suspension beyond one year under Rule 47(6) of A.P. Shops and Establishment Act. Now the petitioner had retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3.
