THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.416 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "...to issue a Writ, order or any other appropriate direction more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not allowing the petitioner to participate in the 2nd phase of counselling scheduled on 7th and 8th of January, 2016 for admission into B.Sc., (Nursing) 4YD Course for the academic year 2015-16 pursuant to the Notification dated 05.11.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 21 A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner to participate in the counselling for admission of B.Sc. Nursing course scheduled on 7th and 8th of January or any other date and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Sri T.

Rajinikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 05.01.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.522 of 2016 in W.P.No.416 of 2016, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the 2nd phase of counselling and she obtained admission into B.Sc. (Nursing) and she has been pursuing her studies.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________________ (A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J) 4th July 2019 RRB
