W.P.M.P.No.26033 of 2017 is filed under Section 151 of CPC to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition by recording the terms of compromise dated 22.06.2017. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the material available before the Court.

Petition is not opposed.

Petition is ordered. Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of compromise dated 22.06.2017. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
