THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.39561 of 2015

ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 3 to 6 in selecting the 7th respondent as Anganwadi Worker of Shankargallu Village, Gudibanda Mandal, Anantapur District, contrary to the notification dated 11.09.2015 issued by respondents 3 and 4 as illegal, arbitrary and to set aside the selection of 7th respondent and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 6 to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker, Shankargallu Village, Gudibanda Mandal, Anantapur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced written instructions which would show that petitioner is selected as an Anganwadi Helper of Sankaragallu Village, Gudibanda Mandal, Anantapur District.

3. Having regard to the said statement of the learned Government Pleader, the petitioner do not intend to prosecute the writ petition further.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
