Radhakrishnan) The issue raised by the writ petitioners herein is as to whether the statutory minimum price could have been revised without following due procedure in accordance with the Sugarcane (Control) Order.

This issue is covered in favour of the writ petitioners by the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.902 of 1999 and batch, dated 16.10.2014. We follow the said Judgment and allow this writ petition thereby quashing the Notifications, which are impugned in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly ordered.
