HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7799 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to examine accused Nos.3 and 4 in C.C.No.796 of 2008 for framing of charges expeditiously, within two weeks from the date of passing of orders.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner- complainant reiterated the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition and prayed to grant the relief sought in the Criminal Petition. 3.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal petition is disposed of directing the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to commence and conclude the trial in C.C.No.796 of 2008 as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
