None appears for the petitioners.

Having regard to the challenge raised in the writ petition and the interim order, dated 02.04.2004, it seems that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. Therefore, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
