Heard.

The petitioner complains that the 4th respondent is insisting for production of NOC for effecting registration in respect of the land claimed by him admeasuring Ac.4-02 cents in Sy.No.152/3 situated at Gollalapalem Village, Sabbavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that no document is presented by the petitioner so far and the allegations made by the petitioner are incorrect.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the 4th respondent is of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act. If, however, the document is found to be complied with all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release it in accordance with due procedure. No order as to costs.
