The grievance of the petitioner is that on her request though a notice for conducting survey was given by the 6th respondent on 19-10-2015, the proposed survey scheduled on 05-11-2015 was not taken up and thereafter, there is no attempt by any of the respondents to conduct and complete survey.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, states that survey notices were already served on the necessary parties and appropriate steps will be taken to complete the survey, as already notified, in accordance with law.
