Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4, 7 to 21 and 23 to 25 seeking to quash order, dated 07.9.2017, in Sessions Case No.7 of 2001 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Vizianagarm. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners want to lead fresh evidence.

No material is placed before the Court to substantiate the same.

Under these circumstances, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
