This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.606 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Kurnool.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this petition, the respondent withdrawn O.P.No.606 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada, and filed Divorce O.P.No.39 of 2017.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
