This criminal petition is filed by accused No.2, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.71 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Station, Tandur, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
