This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 4th respondent in not arresting the respondent Nos.5 to 7 pursuant to FIR No.26/2018, dated 04.04.2018 registered under Sections 376, 379, 504, 323, read with 511 and 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that respondent Nos.5 to 7 who are Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.26/2018, were arrested on 20.07.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
