THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CONTEMPT CASE No.2233 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of order, dated 02.07.2007, in W.P.No.6204 of 2000.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1-Managing Director of the Singareni Colleries Company Limited, Kothagudem, submitted that Contempt Case No.568 of 2017, which arises out of order, dated 19.08.2008 in W.P.No.22946 of 2002, was closed on 23.06.2016 in respect of cheque bearing No.472450, dated 19.06.2017, for a sum of Rs.24,05,178/- with an observation that the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed and the same order may be passed in this contempt case in respect of cheque bearing No.472449, dated 19.06.2017, for a sum of Rs.2,85,03,171/-.

In view of the above submission, the contempt case is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer for receiving the differential compensation amount. __________________ M.S.K.JAISWAL, J 18th August 2017 mar
