Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education.

By the order dated 18.01.2017 of the Project Officer, Andhra Pradesh Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (APSSA), Anantapur District, the 5th respondent, services of the petitioner were terminated. Aggrieved by the said termination, petitioner submitted representation dated 15.08.2017 before the Project Director, APSSA., the 3rd respondent. In the said representation, petitioner narrated the events in detail, which led to her termination and contended that she is made a victim of various circumstances. 3.

Since the petitioner submitted representation and the same is pending, both the learned counsel agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner by fixing a time limit.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 15.08.2017 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
