The petitioner/ accused seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.514 of 2017 of Shadnagar Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 354-D, 506 and 504 r/ w 34 I.P.C.

The other details are not germane for deciding this application. Since the offences alleged are all bailable offences, the petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in limini. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
