HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.10265 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri Srinivasulu Kurra for petitioner, the Assistant Government Pleader (Endowments) for the 1st respondent and the Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of representation dated 27-02-2017 as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on respondents 2 and 3.

Through representation dated 27-02-2017, the petitioner made request for furnishing details with regard to marriages solemnized at Gubba Choultry, Tirumala between 27-01-2017 and 05-02-2017.

Having regard to the above request, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 2 and 3 to examine the representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
