Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioners claim that their father was assigned Ac.2-00 of land in Sy.No.993/1 of Ameenpur Village and he was granted patta certificate. After the demise of their father, they succeeded to the said land and cultivating the same. The name of 1st petitioner was mutated, he was granted sub-division number and his name was shown in Sy.No.993/33 and 2nd petitioner name was shown in Sy.No.993/33/A and pattadar pass books are also issued in their favour.
