CVNR, J WP 6118/2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent in rejecting the application of the petitioner dt.12-12-2012 for the grant of permission for establishment of D.E1.Ed., College i.e., SR D.Ed College (Al), NRT Road, Vinukonda, Guntur District, on the ground that the petitioner has submitted the application delayed remittance of fee, as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the law, consequently direct the respondent to accept the application submitted by the petitioner dt.12-12-2012 along with ICICI Bank Challan dt.13-12-2012 and Hard Copy of the application dt.17-12-2012 for the grant of establishment of D.E1.Ed., College i.e., SR D.Ed College (Al), NRT Road, Vinukonda, Guntur District, for the academic year 2013-2014."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.7645 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
