This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.129 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kothur Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408 and 420 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police completed the investigation in the matter. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
