This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to direct respondents Nos.1 to 4 to take action against the illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent in Survey No.964 of Kukatpally Village, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are the owners of the land admeasuring Ac.5.00 situated in Sy.No.964 of Kukatpally village, Ranga Reddy District. The 5th respondent encroached into the above land and made illegal constructions. The petitioners made a representation on 27.12.2014 for taking action against the illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent. But no action has been taken so far. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and take appropriate action against the illegal constructions, if any made as alleged by the petitioners." 5.
