THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.23091, 23096, 23236, 23164 AND 23125 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.5 - Station House Officer, Central Crime Station Police Station, Hyderabad, Telangana State, in not conducting investigation in Cr.No.170 of 2016 dated 2.08.2018, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners in all these writ petitions.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that the above said crime has been investigated and charge sheet was filed and the case is pending for numbering before the court concerned.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and directing the 5th respondent to take steps for numbering of the case as expeditiously as possible, the writ petitions are disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
