ORDER
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for the following relief:
"declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the notification dated 15.09.2013 for appointment of HP Gas Dealership at Ellandu, Khammam District, Telangana State under open category instead of reserving under Scheduled Tribue category as wholly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the guidelines regarding reservation for selection of LPG Distributors and consequently direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2015."
Heard Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation on 09.06.2015 to the District Collector while marking copies to the State Government and the Project Director ITDA, Bhadrachalam and the same may be directed to be disposed of by seeking such time frame.
The said request is not opposed by learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Hence, the same is recorded.
Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the matter directing the respondents 3 and 4 to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2015 in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order.
