The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 2 to 4 in calling the petitioner to the police station frequently without there being any crime registered against him. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home obtained written instructions, dated 25.11.2019, from the office of the Head Constable, Boinpalli Police Station, Rajanna Siricilla District, wherein the allegations made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, are denied. In the said written instructions, it is stated that till date no complaint is given by any individual against the petitioner nor any case is registered against him and the petitioner never called to the police station. It is also stated that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time. A copy of the written instructions, dated 25.11.2019, is placed on record.

Taking on record the submissions made on the basis of written instructions that the respondent police never called the petitioner to the police station at any point of time, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
