Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents, especially the officials of the 4th respondent in coming to the lands belonging to the petitioners and taking measurements of private patta lands belonging to the petitioners and instigating

alleged landless poor people to enter those lands saying that pattas will be prepared and given to them in due course, as illegal and violative of the rights of the petitioners enshrined in articles 14, 16, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India."

After arguing the case, Mr.A.Srinath, learned Counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to first cause a legal notice served on respondent No.4 and avail a fresh remedy, in the event the said respondent does not refrain from causing indirect interference through private parties.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.24859 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 6th July, 2015 LUR
