This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash Crime No.197 of 2019 on the file of Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner/ accused for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 IPC. 2.

Today, at the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
