HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26466 of 2019 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that respondent No.2 - Kakatiya Urban Development Authority has issued KUDA Master Plan of 2041 year in the year, 2018 calling for objections from the general public and pursuant to the same, though the petitioners have submitted their objections on 28.07.2018, 23.09.2018 and 23.12.2018, however, the respondent authorities are taking steps to finalise the same without considering the objections raised by the petitioners along with others.

Heard Sri C. Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as Sri M. Ajay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 5; and Ms. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4. Ms. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the objections filed by the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law and the present writ petition is premature.

In this case, it is to be seen that even according to the petitioners, KUDA Master Plan of 2041 is not finalized even as on today and the objections/suggestions made by the

ARR,J W.P.No.26466 of 2019 petitioners and others are still pending before the competent authority.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the objections/suggestions made by the petitioners along with others to the KUDA Master Plan of 2041 and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
