When the present writ petition was listed on 30.12.2016, there was no representation for the writ petitioners. Today also, there is no representation for the writ petitioners during the forenoon and even in the afternoon. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, stand disposed of.
