This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in seeking to demolish the premises bearing Shop No.5-4-742/6/1, Station Road Nampally, Abids, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard leaned counsel for the petitioner who submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.25652 of 2019, dt.20.11.2019.

The same is not disputed by Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order dt.20.11.2019 passed in WP.No.25652 of 2019. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
