THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE UJJAL BHUYAN CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.547 of 2022 ORDER:

Heard Ms. Shalini Saxena, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State and Mr. K.Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the respondent.

This criminal revision case has been filed against the order dated 23.08.2022 passed by the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, on the remand application in Crime No.261 of 2022.

By the aforesaid order, learned Magistrate did not accept the remand application of the prosecution and directed release of respondent - accused forthwith on certain conditions mentioned therein.

It is submitted at the bar that after release of the respondent, he was taken into preventive detention. Subsequently, this Court had set aside the order of preventive detention.

That being the position, this court is of the view that no live issue survives for adjudication in this criminal revision case, which is accordingly closed.
