This appeal is filed by RTC aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 08.05.2009 in O.P.No.66 of 2007 passed by the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Nizamabad (for short 'the tribunal).

The tribunal after examining PWs.1 to 6 and marking Exs.A1 to A.6 on behalf of the claimant and after examining RW.1 and marking Ex.B.1 on behalf of the respondents passed the reasoned order. Therefore, the order passed by the tribunal is well considered and needs no interference of this Court in all aspects and hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
