THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3815 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is husband and the respondent is wife in H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, Krishna District.

When the evidence was completed, the petitioner filed I.A.No.809 of 2015 for reopening of evidence and I.A.No.810 of 2015 for seeking to send Ex.A3 to an expert. Challenging I.A.No.809 of 2015, the present revision is filed and challenging I.A.No.810 of 2015, C.R.P.No.4210 of 2015 was filed. In respect of C.R.P.No.4210 of 2015, this Court dismissed the said revision at the admission stage on 14.12.2015.

As could be seen from the impugned order dated 13.08.2015, the case is posted for arguments and in view of dismissal of C.R.P.No.4210 of 2015, nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
